Payment of invoice due 7 working days prior to start of job for non-account customers. Both time & mileage start & finish from the garage. A 25% surcharge is added for service provided on Bank Holidays. Waiting time @ £30.00 per hour after ten minutes past pick up / return time. Transfers from Airports allowance of 30 minutes wait time, before charges occur. Extra miles @ £1.80 per mile. Payment may be made by major credit cards, subject to a 3% service charge. A surcharge of £10 per hour will be made between 2300 hrs and 0700 hrs. Chauffeurs gratuities at clients discretion. Any parking fees will be charged. Value added tax currently at 17.5% will be added. The following cancellation charges will apply:- Notice given, up to 2 days =100%, 3 days =75%, 4 days =50%, otherwise 10% as a handling charge.

We cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that a car is late, due to traffic conditions, beyond our control, such as a road traffic accident.
